When can i expect my order?

Orders are packed 1-2 days after your purchase is made. Excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Ground shipping is anywhere from 2-5 business days and Priority is anywhere from 1-3 business days.

These times do not include Holidays, Transit delays, Weather events etc.

Returns/Refunds?

Refunds are accepted after we have received the product back.

Conditions in order for us to accept a return:

Product must not be used at all.

Return was made within 2 days of receiving the product.

Product was damaged upon arrival (will need photo evidence).

No refunds will be accepted unless the above requirements are met.

Destruction of toys do not count as damaged products, please be mindful of the toys durability upon purchasing.
